Intro

I build businesses, systems, and reputations.

Experience is not the same as capability. Most people confuse the two. It costs them. They wait for permission. They wait for credentials. They wait for the right time.

I am 19. I am based in Istanbul. I run a brand and growth agency, lead marketing and development for a Grade 3 contracting firm in Riyadh, and build AI systems for contractors and architectural offices across the Gulf. I did not wait.

I just happen to be 19 while doing it.

This page is not a resume. It is documentation of how I think, what I have built, and why I build the way I do.

How I got here.

2026

asil. — the holding layer

Built the full brand system: identity, voice, visual language, platform architecture, and content system. One author. Every venture underneath. The period is not decoration.

2025

asil.systems

Started building AI agents and workflow automation for contractors and architectural offices in the Gulf. Qottuf Al Jazeera is the first proof of concept. The build is the case study.

2024

Levaro + Qottuf

Co-founded Levaro, a brand and growth agency, alongside Salman. Took on Marketing and Development Director at Qottuf Al Jazeera, the family contracting firm in Riyadh. Two ventures, two cities, one standard.

2021

The decision

The people around me were not bad. They were settled. And they were generous about it — always ready to explain why ambition does not pay off. I listened. Then I felt something I did not expect: disgust. That was the last time I looked for permission.

Principles

How I operate.

01 Capability over credentials +

I do not wait for permission or a title. If I can do the work, I do the work. Experience is not the same as capability. Most people confuse the two. It costs them.

02 Constraints are the edge +

Youth means uncompromised. No track record means no bad habits. No proof yet means everything to prove. Every limitation I was handed became a competitive advantage. The constraint is never the reason to stop. It becomes the weapon.

03 Systems over effort +

Architecture taught me that every structure needs a foundation before it needs walls. I apply that to businesses, to identity, to how I work. Hard work is the minimum. The system is the multiplier.

04 Document, don't announce +

Most people wait until they have made it to start documenting. I document the making. The work is the content. The journey is the signal. Announcements are noise.

05 The standard is the floor +

I do not work hard to impress anyone. I work hard because anything less feels like becoming the people I walked away from. The standard is not a ceiling. It is the minimum acceptable.
